Advantages Of Contracting Security Guard Services
Today, some individuals, organizations and firms employ security guards directly, instead of contracting a licensed security outfit to provide personnels for them. This attitude, from confirmed and confessed reports, have not proven to produce the best results for such organizations or individuals.

When you contract us, you do not need to pay any entitlements to the security personnel because they are not your staff. The only direct entitlement is their monthly salary. But when you employ the guards directly, they are entitled to all payments made by your organization including leave allowances, X-Mas bonuses, etc.
4. Liabilities
In terms of payment of liabilities on loss, the contract security outfit is made to bear the liabilities but in direct employment, the organization bears its own liabilities.
5. Distraction Of Company Operational Focus
When there is an incidence of a security situation, a contract security outfit is to handle all issues and subsequently report to the Management of the company. But when it is contracted, the Management of that company will be faced with solving security issues and problems instead of concentrating on its operational and business issues and situations. This amounts to Management distraction.
6. Immediate Replacement Of Security Personnel
It is easier and more convenient for a contract security outfit like ours to quickly recruit and replace any security officer for any reasons whatsoever: sickness, guilt of crime, regular absenteeism, lawful withdrawal from work, etc. This is because we have standby relieve duty personnels; but when it is not contracted, you would find it difficult to recruit and replace immediately.
